Lower Brule Sioux Tribe Code Talkers Bronze Medal – 1.5 Inch
This bronze miniature replica honors the Native American Code Talkers of the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe, who played a vital role in U.S. military communications during World War I. Measuring 1.5 inches in diameter, it is a bronze version of the Congressional Gold Medal awarded to the tribe in recognition of their service, courage, and innovation.
Authorized by the Code Talkers Recognition Act of 2008, these medals pay tribute to Native American Code Talkers whose unbreakable codes gave U.S. forces a crucial advantage in battle by keeping communications secure from enemy interception.
Obverse (Heads): Depicts World War I soldiers, including a Code Talker transmitting and recording information. Behind them stands a warrior with an eagle staff. Inscriptions include “KUL WICASA” and “SICANGU LAKOTA” (tribal identifiers), “HECETU YELO” (a Lakota phrase signaling the end of a speech), and “CODE TALKERS.”
Reverse (Tails): Features elements of the Lower Brule Sioux Tribal Seal along with the inscriptions “LOWER BRULE SIOUX TRIBE,” “2008 ACT OF CONGRESS,” and “WWI.”

5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing.
