Pricing
All bullion pricing is based on live precious metals markets and is subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Once an order is confirmed and price is locked, the transaction becomes binding. Precious metals markets fluctuate continuously. If a customer fails to remit payment, defaults, or cancels after confirmation and the market price moves adversely, the customer is responsible for any resulting market loss.
Market loss is defined as the difference between the confirmed transaction price and the price at which United Patriot Coin is able to offset or resell the position.
United Patriot Coin reserves the right to pursue recovery of unpaid market losses and associated administrative costs.
