Our Price Lock Guarantee ensures that the price you subscribe at remains the same for the entire subscription period - whether you choose a monthly or annual plan. This means no unexpected price hikes, even if precious metals prices rise.

2. How does the price lock work?

Choose your subscription: Monthly or annual billing. Lock in your rate: Your price remains fixed for up to 12 months. Enjoy stability: No matter how market prices change, your subscription cost stays the same.

3. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. However, any shipments scheduled within the next 30 days will still be processed, and those payments will not be refunded. Any unused funds after the 30-day period will be credited to your account or refunded.

4. What happens if United Patriot Coin changes the price of subscription boxes?

For annual subscribers, your locked-in price remains unchanged for the full year, even if we adjust pricing for new subscribers. For monthly subscribers, your price remains locked for 12 months as long as you continue to pay for your subscription.

5. What is the difference between the monthly and annual subscription plans?

  • Annual Subscription: Paid upfront, price locked for 12 months, plus a 10% savings bonus.
  • Monthly Subscription: Pay-as-you-go, price locked for 12 months as long as payments continue.

Delivery & return policy

1. Is my package insured during shipping?

Yes! All shipments from United Patriot Coin are fully insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered or signed for, insurance coverage ends.

2. What happens if my package is lost in transit?

Contact us immediately. We will help you communicate with the carrier to recover your package.

3. Will I need to sign for my package?

Yes, if your order is over $500, a signature is required. For your convenience, orders under $500 do not require a signature.

4. When will I receive my order?

Orders ship once payment clears. Some payments (like checks) have hold periods. Standard shipping time, for start to finish, is about 7-10 days.

5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.

6. Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing. The international portion of the delivery will remain your responsibility.
