The reverse (tails) of the coin depicts Maria Tallchief in a stunning balletic pose — a tribute to one of the most influential Native American dancers in history. The design also honors the “Five Moons”, a group of five groundbreaking American Indian ballerinas from Oklahoma:
Maria Tallchief, Marjorie Tallchief, Yvonne Chouteau, Rosella Hightower, and Moscelyne Larkin.
The background includes a lunar motif, symbolizing their shared legacy, influence, and the generations of dancers they continue to inspire.
Designed by Ben Sowards (Artistic Infusion Program) and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill (U.S. Mint Medallic Artist), the coin includes inscriptions:

Yes! All shipments from United Patriot Coin are fully insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered or signed for, insurance coverage ends.

3. Will I need to sign for my package?
Yes, if your order is over $500, a signature is required. For your convenience, orders under $500 do not require a signature.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders ship once payment clears. Some payments (like checks) have hold periods. Standard shipping time, for start to finish, is about 7-10 days.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing. The international portion of the delivery will remain your responsibility.
