Nisei Soldiers of World War II Bronze Medal – 3 Inch
Celebrate the patriotism and heroism of the Nisei Soldiers with this 3-inch bronze replica medal, commemorating the 100th Infantry Battalion (INF BN), 442nd Regimental Combat Team (RCT), and Military Intelligence Service (MIS). This medal is a larger duplicate of the Congressional Gold Medal awarded at the U.S. Capitol on November 2, 2011, recognizing their extraordinary service during World War II.
These soldiers fought bravely in both the European and Pacific theaters while overcoming discrimination at home, embodying the highest ideals of loyalty, courage, and patriotism.
Obverse (Heads): Designed by Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Charles L. Vickers, the design features Nisei soldiers from both theaters of war, with the 442nd RCT color guard in the lower field. The outer rim inscriptions read “NISEI SOLDIERS OF WORLD WAR II” and “GO FOR BROKE,” the motto of the 442nd RCT that represents the dedication of all three units.
Reverse (Tails): Designed and sculpted by Don Everhart, it depicts the insignias of the 100th INF BN, 442nd RCT, and MIS. The 100th INF BN insignia includes a taro leaf and Hawaiian helmet, the 442nd RCT is represented by the “GO FOR BROKE” Torch of Liberty patch, and the MIS insignia features a sphinx, symbolizing secrecy. The outer rim includes the unit titles, “100th INF BN,” “442nd RCT,” and “MIS,” while “1941–1946” marks the World War II years. A decorative ribbon connects the rim to the inscriptions “ACT OF CONGRESS” and “2010.” Three stars along the border honor the three units represented.
This medal serves as a lasting tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and extraordinary service of the Nisei Soldiers during World War II.

Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.

No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing.
