As the son of President John Adams, John Quincy Adams was deeply connected to the founding of the nation. The obverse features a portrait of Adams with the inscriptions “JOHN QUINCY ADAMS,” “PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES,” and “1825” marking the beginning of his presidency.
On the reverse, two hands are shown clasped in a gesture of peace—one with a military-style cuff bearing stripes and buttons, the other bare. Above them, a peace pipe and tomahawk are crossed, and the inscription “PEACE AND FRIENDSHIP” crowns the scene, representing goodwill and diplomatic relations.

Yes! All shipments from United Patriot Coin are fully insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered or signed for, insurance coverage ends.

3. Will I need to sign for my package?
Yes, if your order is over $500, a signature is required. For your convenience, orders under $500 do not require a signature.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders ship once payment clears. Some payments (like checks) have hold periods. Standard shipping time, for start to finish, is about 7-10 days.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing. The international portion of the delivery will remain your responsibility.
