This is the bronze medal version of the U.S. Coast Guard Silver Medal, issued through the Armed Forces Silver Medal Series. It honors the service and dedication of Coast Guard members while commemorating the vital contributions of this military branch to the Nation’s defense and safety.
Obverse (Heads): Features a Coast Guard national security cutter at full throttle, charging head-on toward the viewer. The inscriptions “U.S. COAST GUARD” and the Coast Guard motto “SEMPER PARATUS” (“Always Ready”) arc along the border. The hull number identifies the cutter Hamilton, named for Alexander Hamilton.
Reverse (Tails): Depicts two iconic Coast Guard symbols—a life preserver ring and the Coast Guard racing stripe mark, a design seen on nearly all Coast Guard craft. The heraldic hatching conveys colors: horizontal lines for blue and vertical lines for red. At the center lies the Coast Guard emblem, while the life preserver ring bears the inscriptions “HONOR,” “RESPECT,” and “DEVOTION TO DUTY.”

Yes, if your order is over $500, a signature is required. For your convenience, orders under $500 do not require a signature.
4. When will I receive my order?
Orders ship once payment clears. Some payments (like checks) have hold periods. Standard shipping time, for start to finish, is about 7-10 days.
5. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, via USPS only. Be aware that insurance ends once delivery is confirmed.
6. Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. If you want to export your order, select Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method and you can have your order shipped to a freight forwarder or agent of your choosing. The international portion of the delivery will remain your responsibility.
