The Silver Peace Dollar is a U.S. coin minted from 1921 to 1935. It was designed by Anthony de Francisci and is notable for its artistic representation of Liberty and peace, symbolizing the nation's desire for tranquility following World War I. The obverse (front) of the coin features Lady Liberty with a radiant crown, while the reverse (back) depicts a perched bald eagle clutching an olive branch, representing peace.

Peace Dollars are made of 90% silver and 10% copper, with a standard weight of 26.73 grams. They were issued as part of a series of silver dollars that followed the Morgan Dollar. The Peace Dollar was the last silver dollar minted for circulation in the United States.
